1 The question to be answered in the present appeal is whether the bondsman who had executed separate appearance bonds for two defendants charged in the trial court with the commission of the felony of burglary in the second degree, which had been forfeited, was entitled to a notice of hearing on his motions to set aside forfeitures of the bonds and an opportunity to present evidence of good cause for failure of defendants to appear for trial. We determine he was.
